These Travel, Arrival & Guest Responsibility Terms describe your responsibilities for traveling to and from the Property and for conduct during your stay. They are part of the Reservation & Pre-Opening Terms.

Travel Guidance Is Informational Only
For your convenience, we share non-binding travel information before your arrival, including a general routing recommendation: international arrival at Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama City, ground transfer to Albrook Airport (PAC), and a connecting domestic flight to Bocas del Toro. The current version of this information is sent approximately one week before your arrival date and is also available through your secure Manage Reservation link.
Travel information we share, whether by email or on the Site, is informational only and does not create any booking, agency, or warranty relationship between Glamp Island, LLC and any third-party travel provider.

Guest Responsibility for Travel Arrangements
You are solely responsible for arranging and paying for all travel to and from the Property, including:
- Flights to and from Panama and within Panama.
- Ground transfers in Panama City or Bocas del Toro.
- Water transfers to and from the island.
- Valid travel documents and entry permissions for the Republic of Panama.
- Excursions, tours, or third-party activities.
- Travel insurance.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the primary guest and all members of your party have valid travel documents and entry permissions for Panama.

No Sale of Flights, Cruises, Packages, or Third-Party Services
Glamp Island, LLC does not sell — through Stripe or otherwise — airline tickets, flight bookings, cruises, charter or private air travel, rental cars, excursions, tours, vacation packages, bundled travel services, memberships, timeshares, or any other third-party travel service through this Site. Your direct reservation is for lodging only.

Optional Flight Guidance
We may from time to time share information about a flight provider or preferred-rate option for the Panama City to Bocas del Toro segment. This information is provided for convenience only. Glamp Island, LLC does not operate flights, sell airline tickets, guarantee flight prices, schedules, or availability, or make any flight part of your lodging reservation. If you book with a flight provider, you contract directly with that provider and your booking is subject to that provider’s terms.

Arrival, Weather, and Remote-Location Reality
The Property is located on a Caribbean island in Bocas del Toro, Panama. Travel to the island involves regional flights and a water transfer. Weather and sea conditions can change rapidly. You should allow generous connection windows (we recommend at least three hours between an international arrival at PTY and a connecting domestic flight) and plan for the possibility that local conditions may affect transfer schedules.
We share current arrival instructions through your pre-arrival email and your Manage Reservation link. Follow the instructions you receive closest to your arrival date — they reflect the most current operational reality.

Guest Conduct
By staying at the Property, you and members of your party agree to:
- Conduct yourselves in a manner that respects other guests, staff, and the natural environment of the Property and surrounding waters.
- Comply with Property rules and any safety instructions provided on arrival.
- Not engage in conduct that is illegal under the laws of the Republic of Panama or that endangers other guests, staff, or the Property.
- Not exceed the maximum occupancy of your reserved dome.
Glamp Island, LLC reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in response to conduct that violates the above or that materially endangers other guests, staff, or the Property.

Damage Responsibility
You are responsible for damage to the Property, furnishings, fixtures, or equipment caused by you or members of your party during your stay, beyond normal wear and tear. If damage occurs, we will provide an itemized statement using the contact information on your reservation and may charge the payment method on file as authorized in the Payment Authorization, Saved Card & Incidentals Terms.

Safety and Compliance with Instructions
The Property is in a remote location with site-specific safety considerations (boat transfers, marine activity, tropical conditions, off-grid systems). You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our team and posted on Property. Compliance with safety instructions is a condition of your stay.

Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers flight disruptions, weather, medical events, and personal schedule changes. Glamp Island, LLC does not currently sell or commission travel insurance. Most travel insurance policies must be purchased before any qualifying event occurs.
