About This Site
The Site is operated by Glamp Island, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Glamp Island,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Glamp Island, LLC is the operator and authorized booking entity for direct lodging reservations at the Glamp Island boutique glamping property in Bocas del Toro, Panama (the “Property”). Reservations made through this Site are for room and stay accommodations only and may include deposits, remaining balance payments, or full stay payments, all charged directly by Glamp Island, LLC through our payment processor.
Flights, transportation, ground transfers, water transfers, excursions, tours, third-party travel services, memberships, timeshares, and travel packages are not sold through this Site or through Stripe. Any travel guidance we provide is informational only.

Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site (including browsing, joining the waitlist, submitting any inquiry, or completing a reservation), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors regardless of whether you complete any transaction.

Website Operator and Direct Lodging Reservations
When you complete a reservation on this Site, Glamp Island, LLC is the direct counterparty for your reservation and is the seller of the stay accommodations associated with the transaction. Glamp Island, LLC is not a marketplace, online travel agency, travel reservation platform, travel club, payment facilitator, or third-party agent for another seller. Your reservation is a direct lodging contract between you and Glamp Island, LLC for accommodations at the Property.

Permitted Use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about the Property, join the waitlist, submit inquiries, and complete reservations. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.
- Use the Site to transmit spam, malicious code, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site by automated means.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any communication submitted through the Site.

Manage Reservation Link Security
We do not maintain guest accounts. Instead, each confirmed reservation is associated with a single, randomly-generated secure reservation link that is delivered to you by email. The link lets you view your booking, update your contact information, and submit change or cancellation requests through the Manage Reservation portal. The link is rotated whenever a fresh link is requested. Treat your secure reservation link like a password. Do not share it with anyone you do not intend to give access to your reservation.

Accuracy of Information
Information on this Site (including pricing, availability, amenities, opening dates, specifications, transportation options, and descriptions of the surrounding area) is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.
We make no warranty that all content is current, complete, or error-free. Construction progress, permitting timelines, weather, and local operating conditions in Bocas del Toro, Panama may affect Property operations in ways that cannot be guaranteed on this Site. Pricing and Availability Errors
We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and availability accurate. In the event of a typographical, system, or rate-loading error that results in an obviously incorrect price or that displays availability we cannot honor, we reserve the right to cancel any affected reservation and refund all amounts paid in full to the original payment method before the stay. We will notify you by email if this occurs.

Third-Party Links
The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms, services, or social media accounts. These references are provided for convenience. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and is subject to that site’s terms.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (including text, images, design elements, graphics, logos, and concept renderings) is owned by or licensed to Glamp Island, LLC. All rights reserved. The Glamp Island name, wordmark, and visual identity are proprietary. Nothing on this Site grants a license to use our intellectual property without express written permission.
Images on this Site designated as artist renderings or concept illustrations are speculative in nature and do not represent the completed appearance of the Property or its accommodations.

Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glamp Island, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
Our total liability for any claim arising solely from your use of this Site (not a confirmed reservation) is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Our liability for any claim arising from a confirmed reservation is governed by the Reservation & Pre-Opening Terms and is limited to the amount you actually paid to Glamp Island, LLC for that reservation. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations; in those jurisdictions the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glamp Island, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) content you submit through the Site; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms (and any dispute arising from your use of this Site) are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any such dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
This governing-law provision applies to these Terms and to your use of the Site. Confirmed reservations are additionally governed by the Reservation & Pre-Opening Terms, which contain their own governing-law and venue provisions.

Relationship to Booking-Specific Terms
The following documents apply in addition to these Terms when you book or stay with us:
- Reservation & Pre-Opening Terms. These govern the reservation, deposit, balance, opening disclosures, and operator-delay remedies.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy. This governs cancellation windows, refund amounts, and the refund-review process.
- Payment Authorization, Saved Card & Incidentals Terms. These govern card processing, the authorized uses of your saved payment method (scheduled balance, approved reservation charges, unpaid checkout balances, unpaid incidentals, and damage charges), and refund handling.
- Travel, Arrival & Guest Responsibility Terms. These govern your travel to and from the Property, conduct on Property, and damage responsibility.
- Privacy Policy. This governs how your information is handled.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a reservation-specific term, the reservation-specific term controls the reservation.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version of the Terms in effect at the moment you completed a reservation is recorded on your reservation record and continues to govern that reservation.
