This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to direct lodging reservations made on glampisland.com and is part of the Reservation & Pre-Opening Terms.

Cancellation Windows and Refund Amounts
Cancellation eligibility is based on the number of days between the date Glamp Island, LLC receives your cancellation request and your reserved arrival date:

All cancellation and refund requests are reviewed and processed by Glamp Island, LLC.

Operator-Delay Remedy
If the Property’s opening is delayed past your reserved arrival date, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid. We will notify you by email as soon as we identify a material risk of delay affecting your arrival window.

Refund Review Process
For circumstances outside the standard cancellation tiers (illness, family emergency, weather disruption, and similar), you may submit a refund-review request through your secure Manage Reservation link. Our team reviews each request personally and responds, usually within one business day. Outcomes are at the operator’s discretion based on the circumstances and the cancellation policy.

Date Changes
You may request a date change at any time through your Manage Reservation link instead of cancelling. Our team will re-check availability for the requested new dates and confirm whether the new dates can be honored at the same dome. Any change in the total stay cost resulting from a date change will be communicated to you before any payment adjustment is made; we do not automatically charge or refund the price difference without your acknowledgement.

How to Cancel
The fastest way to cancel is through your Manage Reservation link in your booking confirmation email. You may also email [email protected] with your reservation code; cancellations are considered received at the time the email arrives in our system. Cancellation eligibility is determined by the date your request is received, not the date your cancellation is processed.

Refunds to Original Payment Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer and bank. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or bank account; Stripe does not support this.
If your card has been replaced or cancelled between booking and refund, your card issuer typically handles delivery — usually by crediting the replacement card or by other means available to the issuer.

No-Show Treatment
Guests who do not arrive on the reserved arrival date and who have not communicated with Glamp Island, LLC about a delayed arrival or cancellation request will be treated as a no-show. No-show reservations are not eligible for a refund and the room is released back to availability.

Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against flight disruptions, weather, medical events, and personal schedule changes. Glamp Island, LLC does not currently sell or commission travel insurance. Most travel insurance policies must be purchased before any qualifying event occurs.
